Hey guys um I weight 128 and I am 13 I have been trying to loose some weight. But I never can how is the fastest why to loose weight like 10 in a week or 2 please tell thinks

I got it! if you like coke or soething buy club soda...and mix it with fruit jiuce... it will tas=te like orange soda...or w/e and like watch your FAT calories!! try exersizing like cruches and like sit up try 5 20 of tose a day,

lol!this is a weird way to lose weight!i read in the newspaper about a V.J who ate as much as 5-6 people and he was not fat he wondered why.then he found out it was because every night he had nightmares.the next day in the same newspaper coloumn i read that when you have night terror you wake up scared and PERSPIRING why do you think you perspire if you don't burn up calories?you do burn up calories when you have nightmares.so stick monster pictures in your room.but if you don't belive me take up something like swimming or tennis.you put limits on junk food and eat healthy.give yourself a junk food reward after you've allready excercised and burned up more calories.there is a difference between dieting and not being a pig.dieting always causes eating disorders.don't even think of dieting *juhi*
If you didn't like that advice and aren't going to try that there are no magic weight loss potions.and thanks for rating 1 when thats the best advice you'll get .Go eat yourself

well first of all your weight doestn really count for a whole lot...its your BMI that counts, bc i dont weigh 95 lbs either, but i have a very low BMI, because i am a gymnast, and am stronger than more then half the guys in my grade! lol! and secondly, its not healthy to try and lose that much weight in one or 2 weeks. start off by working out at a gym, getting a personal trainer even, and see where it goes from there and if you still really want to go on a diet, then i reccomend finding a nutritionist so that you can do this the healthy way, and not skip food groups completely!

Excersize about 30-45 min a day. Eat healthy, and don't overdo soda or sweets.

it is very un common for someone to lose that many pounds in a week! But if you still would like how to lose weight try eating less carbs and stuff like that! And of course excersise as much as you can!

The key to loosing weight is eating food to fuel you, not keep you busy. Alot of people make the mistake of eating just to eat. Think about whether you are really hungry. If you are an active person (like me) then you need alot of food to keep you energized. Sometimes though, I can be a real couch potato. In that case, I really don't need alot of food to keep me going since I'll probably just be lying down flipping channels. It's all in the eating habbits. You can really benefit from changing what you eat also. If you had a donut when you got home from school, try something good like a refreshing fruit salad over chilled strawberry yogurt. There's plenty of filling smoothie recipes online too & that's the yummiest way to get fit fast!

Cut all fat out of your diet. Read the labels and see what food you eat that contains fat. I mean the nutrition labels. Foods that are high in fat are
Whole milk
ice cream
potato chips
cookies
cakes
pies
cheese
cheese
cheees
especially cheese
cheetos
doritos


snack only on pretzels and low fat popcorn

no candy
no soda
drink lots of water
consume low fat versions of

milk
yogurt
drink lots of water
eat lots of fruits and veggies
white meat chicken and turkey or fish
no red meat.
Eat a piece of chicken or turkey no larger than the size of your hand.
Cereal is a good snack food. Choose cereals low in fat and low in sugar, have with skim milk.

Eat dairy, fruit and cereal in the am.
snack on fruit
eat dairy, fruit, 4 oz of meat, and one slice of break, and veggies or salad for lunch
repeat for dinner.

have a smalll bowl of cereal with low fAT milk as a snack after dinner.
follow this NO CHEATING, and you will loose 10 lbs in two weeks.
This is taken form the FAT TO MUSCLE DIET. It is a book, see if you can find a copy.
