Anger issues

Hi, I have this problem...

I get angry really easily. I think it’s because I don’t really like people in general. When I’m around a person, I feel disgusted. I don’t really know what’s wrong with me, but getting angry over everything is causing problems for me. I almost attacked my gym teacher the other day and I’ve had random urges, just to hurt people. Is there a way I can keep myself from getting angry over everything? Hearing someone’s voice can sometimes set me off too.

1. smoke a fatty blunt and chill
2. take up boxing or some kind of martial arts
3. masterbate
4. try to kick someone ass that is alot bigger than you and get your ass kicked
5. check yourself into a mental home and live your life in solitude.

Not to anger you anymore or anything, let me be straight up.

You're psycho.

You SHOULD get help soon. Go get checked out by a doctor.

Once you get into the real world and you pull some of those anger stunts of yours, you're gunna get your ass kicked.

Help us all out and not just you. Get help. You have a mental condition.

I'd like to help you with this problem. It is a good thing that you recognize it. That is a good first step. If you care to hear my advice, I will need to to write to me about your childhood, and your family life. then I think I can shed some light on the issue. Leave a question in my inbox. I have a lot of experience and am much older and the mother of teenage boys. THey are both emotionally healthy.

dear anger issues...You should really think before you get angry and pray to god too..also you should keep a journal to write ur feelings down instead of acting them out on people..if you try that and it doesnt work then write back an dill see what I can do!

you need profecinal help no website answers can solve this. if you get set off by hearing people something is very wrong, not to be nosey but have you had an abusive parent, a tramatic experince, are you holding a grduge on someone? i dont know if this will sound mean but i think your depressed, try going to a si-cry-i-tress i cant spell it, and see what going on, or just try relaxing like try meditating, or drinking hot tea, and sleep, and a big long bubble bath!! ok there you go.
