My acne wasn't too bad but it was a real downer when all my friends has beautifully clear skin and it looked like I wasn't even trying to clear mine up because nothing worked! In the end I visited my doctor and she put me on pills and liquid zinc for six months, which cleared up the majority, but then I moved treatment onto a gel which I used for a further six months and basically all the acne is gone =D Everyone's skin is different and if you can't find any products on the market the best thing you can do is visit your doctor they can give you stronger stuff which has more chance of working! Hope this helps ^_^ [ burningXstar's advice column | Ask burningXstar A Question ]

i was on it for 8 months one pill a day and i havent had a pimple in 2 years. not even when im on my period it also takes away scars. its a whole body treatment for acne and it works for up to 10 years.
but if i must pick between the two neutragena. clean and clear advantage acne spot treatment is a good quick fix for a pimple [ alexd3355's advice column | Ask alexd3355 A Question ]
