jbdreamer answered Tuesday May 17 2005, 4:50 pm: I know very little about low carb diets except to not eat foods with carbs like bread, pasta, sugar and rice. I think it a bad idea to cut something completly out of your diet. I have had success with a low calorie diet. I try and stay around 1400 a day to loose, and 2000 a day to stay where I am. craazylau answered Tuesday May 17 2005, 3:13 pm: basically foods that are high in carbs are cake, biscuits, pasta, potatoes and bread- stodgy stuff! So try to avoid those and you should see results. As to how much weight you'll lose it depends on how overweight you are at the moment but it is possible to lose a max of about 6 pounds in the first week safely. Try just having fruit for breakfast or lunch that works really well for quick weight loss. Good luck [ craazylau's advice column | Ask craazylau A Question ]
