I need dating advice.. Hey,
well my mom has been reading this book "the rules" and my friend told me the rules of dating and she told me about it and i was like "that cant be right!" so now i'm totally flipping out cause i sorta do the opposite, and no guy has asked me to the prom this year and everyone has to go with someone, and i dont want to be with someone that picks their nose.. you know? so i need some flirting, relationship, ect. advice. Even though i'm really good at giving advice to other people, i cant for myself which is sorta weird.. well please help. I'll rate high!
oh and also if anyone needs advice, i'm here. Thanx!

well you hve to focus yourself on someone you like. then you have to just take a chance with him. say hi when ever you see him and smile. make it look like your days suddleny got better since he was there. no over the top though because thats just scary. then back off a little so you dont see him for a little while. he will soon realise that he liked you company and that he misses you smiling at him. ive seen it done before and it works a charm. the guy finds himself looking for you and he doesnt really know why until he sees you.
hope i helped! ]
Find someone you like and think you have a chance with. Be around him a lot. Spend a good bit of time together. Make yourself suddenly unavailable. Don't make it apparant that it's on purpose. Just... be busy a lot. Then come back in time for him to realize he misses you and likes you. Gets 'em every time.
How was "The Rules", btw? I've been wanting to read it. ]
Be yourself, talk to more guys, and remember that nose picking is a habit that you can make them break (at least for one night).
The nicer you are, the more likely you are to get dates to places... I don't really know what to tell you. Maybe you could go as friends with one of your guy friends?
You shouldn't flip out over what one book or person tells you to do. I've never heard of "The Rules of Dating"... I mean, why follow the rules if they're not for you? I've had plenty of dates (in my whole life, 9 boyfriends) and I never followed any type of rules.. I just tried to have a good time. ]
