Ookay.. I can't really sleep well at night.. like i always wake up in the morning and can't fall asleep until like 30 minutes after..Does anyone know how i can fall asleep and stay asleep better?
Note: I sleep with a t.v. on .. but can't fall asleep with out it.And i didnt know what category to pick so i picked a random one
sdog1205 answered Monday May 16 2005, 8:42 pm: Try talking to your parents about it ask them about maybe seeing a doctor about it. You might have mild insomnia or something like that and you could be perscribed sleeping pills for it. You could also try tylenol pm. It usually helps me sleep when I can't it might help you too.
Daisy answered Monday May 16 2005, 6:15 pm: Don't eat too late. Get your room really tidy and cosy, draw the curtains, switch the light on by your bed and burning a lavender candle is also good. It's a homeopathic remedy which promotes good sleep. Have a really nice warm bath before you get into bed and don't do anything too stressful. NizzleIsntAWord answered Monday May 16 2005, 5:45 pm: I agree, reading works. I have really bad sleeping problems too, and I take melatonin on nights when I can't sleep (so about 95% of the time). It also can depend on the food you eat. If you're putting a lot of junk into your body, it can mess up your sleep. My suggestion is don't eat too much junk, and find a really good book!
