Ok, so my thighs rub eachother when i walk and now iI have like a rash on both sides of my inner thighs and it's really itchy. Some reason it got to my stomach and its the same thing. I put Nivea cream and anti itch cream but I still scratch it often and its getting to a point it doesnt go away even if i put alot of creams on. So.. my question is is there any products you recomend and do you have any idea on how to lose wheight around your thighs?

OuTraGeOus answered Monday May 16 2005, 8:43 am: Biking really helps lose weight around your thights, what I would suggest is wearing longer cotton shorts, everytime you go walking for a long time..because it will happen again! I know how it feels, I had it, and sometimes it got so bad I couldn't walk because of how bad it burned. I used powder, jsut normal powder out of those squeezy bottles. Haha, just PAT it on gently in the red areas. Goood luck!♥ [ OuTraGeOus's advice column | Ask OuTraGeOus A Question ]
