the guy i like told my friend that he likes me but he doesnt want to go out with me and he wont tell anyone why i think its cuz he realli doesnt like me but w/e. and now my friends are asking and he says idk witha smile so i dont know. what should i make of this situation?

I think he probably likes you if he says he does.
Could be he just isn't ready to date right now, or maybe just getting over someone.
Start talking to him whenever possible. Get to know him and let him get to know you. Then maybe YOU can ask him out.
I think i'd tell your friends to stop bugging him about it too...don't want him to get mad. :)
