In my personal experience i started wearing a bra when my breast started to take form and when my nipples started to show. Also if when you are walking and they start to have a little jiggle to them. Dont worry much it comes to you naturally and you will know when you need one.

Normally its when your cup kinda starts to become more rounded and basically your chest starts to look more like a ladies and less of a ten year old boys.
Also when your nipple starts to show through your top-then its time to get a bra :)
