Yeah well, I brush my teeth REALLY GOOD every night and every morning and I had a stuffy nose last night...maybe it was because i had to breathe out of my mouth and the got too dry? Idk well it went away after like keeping my mouth closed for a while so saliva could get back onto them...yeah well thanks for the advice...Dont need anymore!!.

They were WHITE? Aren't you teeth supposed to be white? Anyway, that's most likely a calcium deposit, and there isn't much you can do to get rid of it except cut back on calcium.

Sometimes plaque can build up. If you brush your teeth twice a day they should stay clean and white. If it doesnt get anybetter try a different toothpaste. Or use mouth wash with florine in thats good for the teeth.
Take your self to the dentists because it might not go away if you just brush. Try see what the dentist says.

Umm.. if it was still there after brushing your teeth really well, than chances are it's calcium deposits..

You can try scratching your nail across them.. but most likely if it's in the tooth.. just cut back on the calcium today.. and it'll go away on it's own.
