when im at school people call me mean (guys who rn't really my friends)...and i pretend not to care...but it kills me to no that people think im mean...both my parents r in the army so i take after them a lot...is that y people think im mean?? what should i do to be nice? (all my friends think that im great! nice,sweet,loving and funny) but others...think im horrible,awful, and everything bad....and im starting to think that i m mean.....

as long as your friends know who you truly are, you'll have a great life; trust me. you don't have to listen to those other guys who think you're mean and don't know who you really are, because they're not your friends. they don't know you. but, if you'd like to improve your kindness, try not to boss people around, i guess...if that's what you're calling "mean". other ways of being mean are saying things that aren't meant to be said to people. if that's what you do, try to cut down on that, too.
