Michele answered Saturday May 7 2005, 7:46 pm:
Well do this. Take a dark colored pillow case or something. Place it on the counter, and hold your head over it, and shake your hair, run your fingers through your hair, scratch your scalp and anything you can do to shake anything that may be in your hair, off onto the dark pillow case. Now if you have been newly infected, there may not be enough lice to fall out yet, but if you have been infected for a few days, then some should fall out. They are very small, if you have a magnifying glass, that will help. If nothing happens, they maybe your scalp is very dry, so try putting some warm olive oil in your hair and massage into scalp and wrap in warm towel, for 1/2 hou
then wash as usual.
Hope this helps.

Michele.
