Hey guys ok heres the thing. I am constantly being told i am really skinny, i mean im aware of that but its just getting old. I've been trying to gain weight and i just cant!! Does anyone have any ideas on foods to eat that will make you gain weight fast?? Please help!! I rate high

The foods that are going to make you gain weight fast will be high in fat and that isn't want you want to put onto your body even if you are skinny. You could naturally have a very high metabolism, it might not be until you are into your 30's that it will actually start to slow down and your weight will go up.

Try eating foods that help maintain your energy levels as well as being healthy, look into running or swimming to build up muscle (which weighs more then fat).

GNC has some powdered drinks that you can use to gain poundage. these are healthy methods of gaining weight, as regular foods have other stuff that will clog your arteries and lower self esteem.

well one way to gain weight is to eat alot of junk food i mean eat alot of food that usually makes you gain weight or get something from a store or something alot of junk foods and everything.

well you could go to burger king for every meal for 10 days. but that would be gross. you just have a fast motablism, and thats fine. you really cant make it slow down. but i wouldn't eat a ton now, because it does slow down when you get older. so just make sure your eatting the right goods.. and you'll be fine.

Normally people want to lose weight, but you should eat about 5 to 7 meals a day. I mean real meals. Like at school eat 2 or 3 pizzas and when you get home for dinner and your mom makes chicken or something ask for 3 or 4 pieces of chicken. Just eat a lot. Trust me you'll gain weight. Eat a lot of things that you normally wouldn't eat a lot of. Then after you gain weight then you should workout a bit so your not fat or anything. You should ask my friend Some1special for advice and her other name is 1Cutiewitabooti and you can ask her all about fitmess. She wants to be a fitness trainer.

ummm eat heavy foods...like hamburgers n fries etc...dont be as active in your daily activity n dont excercise as much if you do..

If you want to gain weight fast, then eat more calories and carbohydrates than you usually do. There are type of bars that make you gain weight that you can get at Vitamin stores. Just don't try to gain weight by eating junk food and unhealthy food such as McDonald's, chips, and so on.

It's your metabolism that is stopping you from gaining weight and it's not your fault that you're skinny. I have a fast metabolism also and I can't even gain weight.
