I decided to lose a few inches for Summer. I have given up soda for about 2 weeks, and I feel great. But i look fatter then ever now!! My thighs look like they've gotten an inch bigger and same with my stomach! Whuts going on?

Sometimes when you are eager to lose weight, you see your body differently than other people see it, which can lead to anorexia if persued too far. I'm not saying your anorexic, but get your friend's opinion to see if you have lost weight or not.
If you haven't the best thing to do is to stay off soda (which is a great thing to do!) eat only fat free yogurt and skim milk, eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and ditch McDonalds for a Jamba Juice if you live near one (I practically live in that shop!) Otherwise just let go of fast food and focus on salads, whole-wheat sandwiches, and low fat foods in general, and you will be a new person! Kr4z3y_Ch3lly answered Friday May 6 2005, 10:17 pm: your probibly eating more to make up for missing out on soda..done give up soda just drink diet soda instead so you dont eat more..you probibly dont even notice your eating more! that happend to my friend..she drank tons of water and she gained water weight..so try what i said! good luck.
