My friend acts completely differently around me than she does around my other friends. It really gets on my nerves, especially when she cracks mean jokes (that I know she doesn't mean) around my other friends. I talk to her about it, but she always just shrugs me off. Is this friendship really worth all of this? And what can I tell her when she does that?

i have a couple of people who do that to me all the time. look if your like a young teen (13, 14 15..) then of course they are gunna act like that...mostly because they just want to look cool infront of the "crowd" she wants to be in. when she cracks those mean jokes...if she says shes just playing or whatever...then im sure you'll still have a friendship but if she doesnt even say that shes sorry or whatever when shes not hanging around with the others...then you might want to rethink about having a friendship with her. try compromising or tell her that those jokes and the fact that shes being kinda mwan to ya hurts you...and if that doesnt work..give it time then you'll know if the friendshipis worth it or not. hope i helped!
