Question Posted Tuesday May 3 2005, 8:37 pm

What's an exercise move I can do to get rid of luv handles? They drive me crazy. And by any chance is this move pretty fast in reaction? How long do you think it would take to get rid of luv handles with this exercise move?

There are some really simple exercises you can do. Heres one that I always do:

Lay down like you are about to do crunches. Then roll over on your side in that position with your legs still bent but with your knees touching. (If your knees arent touching throughout the entire workout then it will not work.) Then act as if you were doing normal crunches. But not side to side, still up and down.

Let me know if thats sort of confusing. But it works great and should make an improvement. Im not sure how quickly it will work, it depends on how often you do it, and how many you do. I did every other day and it worked in about 2 weeks for me. Hope I helped :)
