eating problems ok yeah this is kinda a weird way to ask adivce and stuff .. but idk i'm pretty paraniod about eating in public and ESPECIALLY around my boyfriend and other guys.Sometimes i even dont eat for like 6 hourz wen im at his house. And i've alwayz been like that. I've alwayz been very worried about my weight and my skinny or fatness. I weigh 102 pounds and im 13, but i am on the short side [5"2] so i think thats normal [ doctor sed so ] but i never think my bodies good enough. Im just really confused and i don't know what to do and how to help myself cope threw this. If you could just give me a lil advice or how you feel on my situation thatd be greatly apperchiated.

102 pounds for a 13 year old is not overweight :) i know this might sound really dorky, but i think you should probably make a "food" schedule. list the times that you'll eat food, whether or not you're in public or private. you will FORCE yourself to eat no matter what!! (unless it's impossible to find food anywhere) you don't have to make yourself eat too much but have a snack between breakfast and lunch, and another snack between lunch and dinner. and just because your boyfriend or other random people see you eat, doesn't mean they'll think you're a pig. everyone eats in public, they'll only think you're a pig if you eat A LOT and you gobble it all up in one bite lol. try to stop worrying as best as you can. i know it's hard, you're at a very "self-concious" age right now (just like i am...) and i know this might sound totally mean, but there are plenty of people out there that are so much fatter than you and you should be proud that you aren't overweight or anything. and don't ever start hurting yourself. good luck!! :) ]
