what do i do if i've contacted my lawyer repeatedly re:a pending case & she won't return my calls. its been almost 3 wks.. thanks, debbie

She doesn't sound like someone I would use again! I don't know if there is someone you can complain to (such as your states attorney general) or not. I think I would try it. If nothing else go to her office when it opens first thing and demand to see her. Ask the secretary who is above this womans head that you might complain to. You will probably be called back within the hour. Good luck. :)

Just call her and tell her you found a better lawyer that will return your calls!
