Okay, here's where it starts... about a month ago, I hurt my foot on a friend's trampoline. I think I hurt that tendon (sp?) at the bottom of my foot. It hurt so bad. Now my foot is fine, but if I walk long distances, it hurts really bad! It doesn't really do that if I run (Unless I run a lot in a short period of time). Could I have messed up my foot somehow? And if so, what can I do? Thank you in advance! (link)

you could have just pulled a tendon in your foot. i did that in soccer a few years ago and it KiLLS. or you might have a stress fracture. go to the doctor and ice it definitly. but if you've lasted a month then its probably not that bad

ok so after my sweet 16 party we are going swimming in the indoor pool from like 10-11:30 or whatever...problem is..the hotel says a lifeguard must be present? I guess i have to accept this rule being that its the hotel's rule, but would the people there think its lame and not want to stay in the pool being that the lifeguard is there? or do you think they will accept it and still have fun. Answer honestly..if you honestly think they wont like it and would want to leave..tell me.
Im hoping my friends will be ok with it and still have fun swimming and playing music, etc. (link)

okay im in track and im not the best runner and the only reason i joined is to get in shape for the summer well anyways my friends think they are getting shin splints and i might be getting them too how can you help this or make them go away and it is really tough on your shins cuz we do hurdles even though it is in middle school level but thanks. ok well, im a girl,im 15 and im a freshman, i started doing track in december and i met this guy that i really liked and it turned out that he liked me too so we started talking on the phone and then he asked me out in jan., he was really the first boyfriend i ever had, when we started going out, i didnt tell my parents because they dont really want me to date until i turn 16 because they are quite over protective, so he stated waiting for me after every class and walked me to class and he always talked to me online and told me how much he missed me when i wasnt with him or talked to him, and he told me he loved me everytime we hung up the phone or left eachother and we never really hung out outside of school or track, so one day i waited for him like i always did and he didnt meet me where we usually did and it was valentines day, i thought that maybe he just wasnt in school, so then i saw him at lunch and he didnt even look at me, so then that day at track i asked him if he was mad at me and he said no, and then didnt talk to me for the rest of the day, so then he began to avoid me everyday and didnt really talk to me that much anymore, then i found out that my best friend sue* liked him and he had gone over her house one day and they talked on the phone like all the time, so i asked him about it and he was like i still really like you im just mad at the fact that you didnt tell your parents when we started going out, and he told me that i never talked to him on the phone even though i did, then i was like are we still even like going out and for like a couple of weeks he was like idk, but i still like you, so one day i was like its a yes or no are we going out and then he said no i guess and then two weeks later he asked out my best friend Sue*..i dont kno what to think, did he ever like me in the first place, or is he just trying to cover up that fact that he still likes me, i have been trying to move on, but its hard because i dont know if it was something that i did wrong and if it is, i dont want it to happen again, can you please help me, im so confused, thanks so much
