ok so i'm going to prom and i was wondering what you think the best way is to get in shape this week...quick!!! like pilates, running, lifting, sitting on the couch, etc.

I'm sorry to break the news to you, but you can't get in shape in one week. It takes 2-8 weeks to see improvements, but you could still try to be active everyday. That way, you will already be in better shape for the next big event you attend, and you won't have to worry. Plus, it will help in daily activities. A wider range of exercises is better, so make sure to always be doing something different: ex. pilates, running, lifting weights, sports, kung-foo, stretches, and eating right. Hope I helped!
