Basically exhibiting yourself in a sexual way in front of guys. Like not crossing your legs with a short skirt on on purpose in front of them to give them a look. Its called teasing though because you act very sexual toward them but refuse any activity with them. That really hurts us. I wouldn't be very friendly to some girl who was doing that to me, so just know its not a way to get attention.
