Videos/digital cam

Question Posted Tuesday April 26 2005, 10:25 pm

I can record videos on my digital camera. Is there any way to get those videos on the computer so I can share them through email, or whatever?

When you connect your camera to the computer via a USB cord, there should be something that pops up in the desktop. Click that or, like go to my computer and find the camera. There should be all of the pictures/files listed and you just click on a movie and save the movie to your desktop!

Your digital camera should have come with a USB connection to your computer, and most likely software to handle incoming media. If you aren't sure, call the company and see if they can help you out.

Yep, there is a way. Connect your camera to your computer, transfer the video file from the camera onto a file on your computer. Once you've done that, all you have to do is create the E-mail, attatch, and send. You DO have to have certain wires and connectors, which can get pricey, but it's worth it in the end.
