icey0990 answered Monday April 25 2005, 11:59 am: OK something im trying to do and im starting to see results with is this:
For breakfast eat a piece of fruit and bring a water bottle with you to school.
Lunch: I eat a salad and some fruit..drink water..tuna is also good
Then i have practice..sometimes i have senior league practice right after softball..so i get home around 8. I might eat a fruit salad, salad, small portion of dinner, etc.
Then on the weekend me and my brother have been going to the track where we walk 9-12 laps..then do a couple laps of jogging.
Ive read somewhere that every 8-11 days your supposed to eat whatever you want because it "tricks" your body's metabolism....i dont know if it works or not..but its a theory. [ icey0990's advice column | Ask icey0990 A Question ]
