No that's no breast cancer. Everyone woman has them. They're perfectly normal! Hope this helps!!

You don't have breast cancer. Those bumps around your nipples are normal and every girl has them. There is no way to get rid of them either. If you had breast cancer, then you would feel bumps inside of your breast and they wouldn't be on the outside. But those bumps may not always be a sign of breast cancer.
