i was with a guy...we broke up. i didnt want to...but somehow we did. everyone says to just get over him...because he hurt me, but i simply cannot get over him. what should i do? i gave him a part of myself that i can never get back...what do i do fm??

I feel for you.. I was just recently in the same situation as you.. except it was worse..I gave him everything (yeah, everything) and it turns out he had a girlfriend..
The best way to get over someone and I know its going to make me sound like a whore, but its to meet other people.. However, I still havent done this myself, and I hate to tell you, but you cant make yourself get over someone.. theres things you can do to speed up the process, but if your heart is still with him then its going to be with him until either one, you just dont find what you found in him anymore, or two that you give your heart to someone else(who deserves it more) or lastly, you become happy enough with yourself that you dont need him or anyone else..
I really hope you find happiness in someone else..
