OMG please help me and take time and read
Ok, listen up, as most of you know this school year is just about over right exactly so in the beggining my grades was all coo, but then third quarter was horrible check this I had five f's man. So My step-father told me that he was 1oo percent postive that I wasn't graducating I'm in eighth grade. so I was like i am graduacting watch you'lll see and he was all pissed and shit he's not even my real father, i thought he was was but then he got a Dna to see u know so now like a week ago I got my report card it was not great but I had 4c's 1 b and 3 d's the school year isn't even over I have time to bring them up and he told my teacher yesterday at conference April 18, 2005 that he;s gonna flunk me because i had all year to bring my grades up but ok I'm not veryy very smart plus I go to a private school and its way harder then public school which i used to go to and get straight A's plus I'm a black gurl and i think the teachers are raciest but still he;s not my bibiliogal father he can't flunk me what should i do only one month of school left i want to tell him also that i don't want him to think that I'm his daughter, and I'm fourteen so also do you think I'm old enough to decide? Well anyways also I have been workin so hard when I was in the hole with f's teachers and my parents said i need to work garder when i did and proved to them i'm capable he gon go say I think you should repeat eighth grade and my mom didn't say anything just left it up to him to decide who is he to tell me i don't even live with Harold he is my moms boyfriend for like 14 years and I called him daddy because I was used to sayin it since I was little but now no I don't want to what should i do? I'm also gonna tell him cause forgett what he say i'm going on that stage
and when i do I'm tellin Harold since you doubted me all this school year don't come to my graduaction and also he be tellin his son my brother my mom had him that he's goona flunk me it bothers me so much because I have been working hard and because my mom doesn't say anything i'm just gonna work extra hard so my grade will be pasiing and not just adverage u know? I have been cryin so much do you know what it means to work hard have teachers personally help you and your parents say, '' alexis you need to really buckle down so you can graduate.'' And when i do this is what he says well if i pray and I really do want help in school and has been working hard then who knows My father meaning (Jesus) will work a miracle. Do you think my step father has the right to tell me if I can pass or not.

Trust me you will graduate this year for 8th grade.. my friend emily well she told me that she had horrible grades.. but for the 4th quarter she is gunna push herself to do better!!so if you push ur self i gaurentee you will make it..
Tips!
Boyfriends/friends:try not to focus on them
Homework:work on it everynight
Test/Quizes:Study for them all the time..
If you do this^^ you should get better grades..

Well in any school if ur parents dont want you to then they can make it so you dont pass a certain grade see what i am confused about is if harold is married to your mom then yes he does have jurisdiction over you but if he is just dating her then no he has no power over you but by the way you put it. it sounds like he is married to your mother honestly if you ask me i think your step father is just trying to scare you so you will do better on your report card i dont beleive he is being serious but then again there is the chance that he is a real asshole and he is being serious... you know what talk to your mom and harold about this tell them this is the best you can do ok..... i hope it works out

Well, I think that the school should have the option for you to pass or not, not your stepfather. Talk to your mom and tell her that you don't like how she just lets your step dad choose if you get to fail or pass even though you were trying hard. Good luck.
