i wrote before about "carl" and what had happended well i stil realli want him and i want to tell him but i dont know how i mean you wont just go up to him and tell him you like him when hes taken right or is that what i should do? i dont know but anyways, we started talking more now well more than before and we joke around and stuff and i just wish hed like me like i like him but i dont think he does. and i was talking to my best friend about it and she told me she was getting made cuz all i ever talk about is "carl" and i told that i do cuz i love him so much and i want to be with hi and nothing would make me happy until we are together and she looked at me like i was on drugs. so what im asking is should i tell him and if so when and where and HOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!plz help im so cunfused.

Because you're close then you have easy access to him. Be friendly with him and smile at him a lot during you're together and show through body language that you like him. But still if he doesn't get it then there's no harm in telling him straight. You'll find out for yourself if he likes you too and save your best friend from getting bored at you for always talking about carl.

i do think you should tell him. as for when, it sounds like it would be best if you told him when nobody else is around, just to make it easier. as for where, i dont know, cuz i dont know where you see him or anything. and how, just tell him you like him a lot.. you dont have to make it a long complicated explanation. but, if in return he says that he doesnt like you, dont be all depressed and all, you cant get everybody. its important that you tell him though... because you need to find out if he likes you back or not, so if he does mabey you two could become more than friends, and if he doesnt then you could move on to other people. people, no matter how impossible it seems, better than him.

No, don't go ask him if he is involved with someone else. Don't say anything unless he is free to date you. Just remain friends for now and get to know him, then if he ever gets available you and him are friends already. :)

Well, it sounds like you really like this guy if your BEST friend is getting mad that you are talking about him so much. First of all, I think you should tell him. How else is he going to know? Tell him online, on the phone, in person, wherever! Just tell him. Secondly, I would stop talking about him so much to your friend since it is starting to irritate her. Good luck!
