In all of your weight loss responses they say stuff like eat 4-6 small meals a day....can you please give me an example of a small meal?? thank you

Well, this is not an easy question as it depends on your body weight, activity level and so on. For me a small meal could be something like a couple of slices of turkey, a small salad and a baked potato. If one eats 6 times then two meals or so should be a bit smaller (could be something as simple as a portion of cottage cheese or just a salad). A good indicator is that you are still just a little bit hungry when you stop eating. At no point in the day should you ever feel very full, and neither should you feel very hungry- this way your body is kept working and it works great on the metabolism.
