Karen answered Friday April 15 2005, 7:02 am: Nope, the blood that comes when you have your period is not different than regular blood because blood is blood. The only difference is that your period may be a darker color and it may have some texture in it, that's all. [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]
sublime_burritos answered Friday April 15 2005, 12:14 am: same blood...your period just has tissues that were building up inside you to protect a baby if you were to conceive one, as well as the blood.
daisyswim answered Thursday April 14 2005, 11:07 pm: Don't sweat it. It's totally different, but still the same. That blood is in there for a way different reason then the blood in our vains. That blood comes out because the egg in your vagina was not fertilized. The reason the blood is there is because it creats a wall for the egg so it dosen't get hert. If the egg is not fertilized then comes out with the blood. This will last up too five days and will hapen again next mounth. The blood from other things like scratches are just blood vains being opened. [ daisyswim's advice column | Ask daisyswim A Question ]
