lying or not lying?

hey. i have this friend. and see, she can lie a lot sometimes. so now i have trouble telling whether she is lying or telling the truth! how can i tell or atleast get her to stop lying?

i had this problem with one of my friends once and what i did was taht i talked to her about it and about it to her other friends to see if she was talking about it at all. so what ever the problem is that she is lying about try talking to her about it and if it is about a certain person talk to that person too.
