my friend
One of my friends, who I also really like and have liked him for about half a year now or something? Anyways, about a month or two ago he started taking pills. Mostly ADD pills, and he didn't have it, so it was pretty bad. He stopped but then started again not that long ago. He told me when he stopped, but he never told me that he started back up, even though I think I kind of knew. Well, yesterday the principal of his school asked to check his bag, I guess somebody told, and they found some where around 50 pills. The last time he took them was Monday, and I found out he was selling them, but no body knows about that. They did a drug test on him yesterday, and it didn't show anything bc he didn't take what they tested for, but they tested for something he did take and he gets results back in 2 days. He has a hearing on Wednesday, and the best thing that could happen to him is he would be sent to a school for 45 days with mettle detectors and stuff at every enterance. The worst thing that could happen is jouvenille for about a month or something. He's really a great person, and now i've been really worried about him, and I've been crying all day, and I don't know what to tell him when I see him on Monday, and it could be the last time I see him for about a month maybe. I'm just realllllly worried and upset and he knows hes screwed up and I just don't know what to do. Not only do I like him, but hes a really good friend of mine. He's on my swim team. Also I'm 14(8th grade) in about a week, he's 15(9th grade) Also just bc I hang out with somebody that does drugs dosn't mean I do lol so don't asume I'm a bad kid who hangs out with a bunch of crack heads. But I don't know what to do.

I never make assumptions, especially because I have pothead friends, and friends that do other stuff, and the most I've done is drink.
As far as what to tell him, I would just go for what you feel is best. If you feel like you should tell him you're sorry this had to happen, and wish him luck on his hearing, let him know you're praying for him, or whatever.
Just give him confidence. There really isn't much else you can do, I'm sorry to say. He screwed up on his own, and even if you like him, you can't really get involved.
