i'm only 13 and i already weigh 145 pounds.. that's more than my 16 year old brother! anyway, i was just wondering if there was any way to lose as much weight as possible in the least amount of time without exercising excessively or starving myself? oh, and on my face, i was bushyish eyebrows, and although i think i'm... alright looking, the eyebrows kind of kill it. any way to fix that without plucking or waxing? thankz, !Jacy!

but your are 13... well if you wnat to lose weight try to eat a little less each day and maybe eat some more fruits or vegtables.. drink lots of water.. also.. if you dont like running around outsied or something get and excercise video they arent to long and are great cardio workouts.and they are even fun..but also back to you being 13.. you are still young and still growing and im not sure how tall you are or how tall your family is but chances are you will get taller and then you will even out better.. thats not a good way to put that but hopefully you get the point lol.. but also try to eat more healthy or do more physical activity cuz you dont want to add more weight on as you grow.. hope this gives you some ideas [ 0rangeTape's advice column | Ask 0rangeTape A Question ]

Lisien, i'm a 13 year old girl two, just like you! I know it might sound hard to beleive but you DON'T have to go on a diet, you DON't have to not eat. Just WATCH wut you put inside your body every day. try your best to drink as much water as possible, and remember all your food groups.(it's not as hard as it sounds). At our age our bodys are developing and becomeing young women. Strange things are going to be happing to be happeing to our bodys . things that we have never gone through befor wether you think they are or not. (one day i'm tall and thin than the next day i fell short and fat!) But, I would say your have one part down... (knowing not to starve your self or exercise like a crazy person!) Good job! =-) lol
you have to understand that its all about moderation.(a little bit of icecream, and candy isn't bad for you!) you body needs that but when you put to much of that in your body your you going to have a problem.(I know how you fell... haveing to see girls our age in t.v, on the street or even in school!) I hate it too. it really sucks. Try your hardest to focus on you. (watch wut you eat. And heck,...try and do three push-ups every night)--->that helps you alot. I understand wut your fellin girl! i'm going through the same thing you are. Don't worry about how other people look..try not to compair your self to other girsl and that will get u far!

For you eyebrow problem----> I'm not sure.But i would tell your mom to help you start plucking them and teach you how to do it so you will not mess up your eyes

You can start out easy...talk walks, a few sit ups and then move on and do more exercising. Exercising doesn't do it alone...watch what you eat and limit yourself. Eat more breakfast, less lunch, and little dinner. It should look like an upside down triangle. Don't eat before you sleep, you burn less calories when you sleep. You should be happy the way you look, but if you want to make your eyebrows look more shapely or thinner, you'll have to try waxing or plucking. If you wax and/or pluck regularly it doesn't hurt at all. No way around it. Either be happy or do something about it. Hope things work out! southsideboy14 answered Saturday April 2 2005, 7:44 pm: Listen I am trying to do the same thing to lose some weight in the least amount of time and what I got to say is come up with a routine, my routine is 100 sit-ups a day, 20 crutches a day, and 10 laps up and down the block and 2 walks around a lake now if you think that's too much then sorry but i've lost 20 pounds a week from doing that and about eating, just eat a limit of 7 fruits a day and a salad with every meal as a side and you'll be fine. If you want to lose, lets say, 40 pounds, then that will take months but if you want to lose about 10 pounds, then that will take a few weeks. As for your eyebrows, there is no way to fix them so that they will be less "bushy", unless you tweeze them or wax them. Yes, it will hurt the first time you tweeze them but you will get used to them. That's the only way to shape them.
