i'm only 13 and i already weigh 145 pounds.. that's more than my 16 year old brother! anyway, i was just wondering if there was any way to lose as much weight as possible in the least amount of time without exercising excessively or starving myself? oh, and on my face, i was bushyish eyebrows, and although i think i'm... alright looking, the eyebrows kind of kill it. any way to fix that without plucking or waxing? thankz, !Jacy! Lisien, i'm a 13 year old girl two, just like you! I know it might sound hard to beleive but you DON'T have to go on a diet, you DON't have to not eat. Just WATCH wut you put inside your body every day. try your best to drink as much water as possible, and remember all your food groups.(it's not as hard as it sounds). At our age our bodys are developing and becomeing young women. Strange things are going to be happing to be happeing to our bodys . things that we have never gone through befor wether you think they are or not. (one day i'm tall and thin than the next day i fell short and fat!) But, I would say your have one part down... (knowing not to starve your self or exercise like a crazy person!) Good job! =-) lol
you have to understand that its all about moderation.(a little bit of icecream, and candy isn't bad for you!) you body needs that but when you put to much of that in your body your you going to have a problem.(I know how you fell... haveing to see girls our age in t.v, on the street or even in school!) I hate it too. it really sucks. Try your hardest to focus on you. (watch wut you eat. And heck,...try and do three push-ups every night)--->that helps you alot. I understand wut your fellin girl! i'm going through the same thing you are. Don't worry about how other people look..try not to compair your self to other girsl and that will get u far!

M-O-T-E-R-A-T-I-O-N is the key. (be the kid that you are, eat pizza at partys but remember to get a little sumthing more in you(fruit and...you know wut i mean)
For you eyebrow problem----> I'm not sure.But i would tell your mom to help you start plucking them and teach you how to do it so you will not mess up your eyes
