my friend, casey has been my best friend since 4th grade. i love her like a sister. but lately she seems almost obbsessed with me. like she almost killed herself cause i was mad at her. she cut herself; her reason was that she felt depressed cause i was mad at her. now shes mad because i decided to stay home and clean tonight instead of go out to a pizza party at our church. i want to get this cleaning done cause im having my sisters communion party here next weekend. is it just me or does it seem like she almost has a crush on me?

I don't know if It's a crush but the girl is wacky! Does she not have any other friends?
My main concern is that you do not get to the point where you feel responsible for her actions.
She can really talk you into doing stuff 'so she doesn't hurt herself'. She alone is responsible for that and you can't let her run your life for you, okay?
She really need's some sort of professonal help if you ask me. Does you mom by chance know hers? If so maybe you can talk to your mom about it and then have her talk to your friends mom. If she does cutting again.......for sure tell her mom about it so she can get help.:)

I don't think she has a crush on you. Right now it seems like she's really insecure. Since you're her best friend, when you get mad at her she might feel like no one likes her. You just need to be there for her and try to help her through these insecurities. If you alone can't help her, you should ask a trusted adult for guidance. I hope she's OK, and good luck. =)
