Since he told you that he considered having a relationship with you and that everyone deserves a chance, then he should ask you out if he honestly likes you.
Just be a good person to him. Be your natural, sweet self, and everything should go good. :o)

My boyfriend and I never really did that whole asking out thing. We liked each other and that was enough. We acted like we were dating and hung out all the time and kissed and did all the boyfriend/girlfriend things. I think that the name or title of a boyfriend/girlfriend it just pressure, thats all it is. It's just a name and a relationship shouldn't be based on that, it should be based on how you truly feel about each other. JUST BE PATIENT AND ENJOY SPENDING TIME WITH HIM!

Berri answered Friday April 1 2005, 4:11 pm: I wouldn't worry too much about it. "Going out" is just a title. I mean, if he's kissing you and stuff, you two obviously have a thing going on. Maybe he just wants to wait a little while to officially "ask you out" because 1) it's more special or 2) he wants to wait a while to make sure that the two of you ONLY want to see each other and not go on dates with anybody else. Because I think "going out" basically means that you only belong to each other, and going on a date with someone else would be cheating. So don't stress over it, and good luck to ya'. ♥ [ Berri's advice column | Ask Berri A Question ]
