Well if hes shy around you or he shows of he likes you or if he stares at you all the time thats a good sign, Ask him out to the cinema or round to urs to watch a film and see what happens.

Well start building a friendship with him: Talk to him more, invite him out to the movies or mall with a bunch of friends, get his screen name and talk online, Get to know him better and he'll get to know you better! And after a while, if you seem to click..it'll just happen! I know it might be nerve-racking to talk to him..but thats the ONLY way to get him to like you, get to know you, etc! good luck! tell me how it goes :)

you can do 1 of 2 things
1) since this dude don't like you... he's probably not the man of your dreams and you could get someone a lot better than him who WILL love you back
2) you can ask him out.. the worst thing that'll happen is he'll say no.. sure you'll be upset... but in the longrun ... you'll find a guy who will wanna go out with you... take a risk if you REALLY like him... don't have any regrets
