well if you think he likes you as his friend why dont you just tell him that you likes him and see how he reacts...ask him what he thinks about you and just tell him that its really hard to be around you because i like you so much and i want to go out with you...or soemthing like that hoped i helped<3

Talk to him more, get to know him more on a personal level, flirt like crazy...give off hints and maybe he'll think you like him more than a friend. And then you can have a friend tell him you like him, or tell him yourself! And then hopefully something will happen.
