how can i lose weight by watching what i eat and excerising but times i have a hard time not wanting to eat what i usally eat which isnt very healthy?

It tells you how to work out your ideal weight, work out how many calories a day you need to get to that weight and stick to it. This system also allows you to have occasional treats.
