Ok well every time I try to download fonts I'm able to download them but I can't use them. It doesn't show up in my microsoft word when I want to type something, like when you scroll down the font names it's not there. Any way to fix this? I'm saving them under windows/fonts but it still isn't doing anything. How can I fix this?
Thanks

Click file and scroll down to "Install new font..." and a dialog box will appear called "Add fonts". Then you select which drive you have downloaded the fonts to and then use the folders to the left to move to the folder where the downloaded fonts are located. You should then have a list of fonts, select which ones wou want to install then click okay.
If this doesn't work there's a good chance that the program that you are using does not support that type of font.
Karen answered Friday March 25 2005, 12:34 pm: This happens to me also and to fix this so it will show up on my Microsoft Word is you need to individually move each font into your font folder by copying and pasting them into the folder. The folder is located in your Windows main folder but you probably know that. That's what I do and it works for me. If it doesn't work for you, then I don't know what else to tell you.

01. <b>Right click</b> on the first font.
02. After you right click, a little sub-menu will come up. <b>Click</b> on <b>cut</b>.
03. Next, go to <b>start</b> and then <b>My Computer</b>.
04. Double click on <b>Local Disc {C:}</b>.
05. Then double click on <b>Windows</b>.
06. You will see a lot of folders. Double click on the one that says <b>Fonts</b>.
07. After you do that, a list (or small squares) of all of your fonts will come up.
08.<b>Right click</b> in the white space, (<b>NOT</b> on a font) and you will see that sub-menu again.
09. This time, <b>click paste</b>.
