Sherry answered Thursday March 24 2005, 3:57 pm: When you find sites their not 100% true because different people have different muscle weight and body shapes so the best thing you can do is go to your doctor, and ask him/her if your weight for your age is fine right now or should you go on a diet. You shoudlent rely on websites because one website might tell you one thing, and another site might tell you another thing..and then your all confused! If you ever do find a website, they aren't accurate, since everyone's body shape and form and genes are different so everyone will weigh differently at the same age and so on. If you truely want to know how much you are supposed to weigh at your age, you should talk to your doctor and you'll get your answer.
