xOtWiXi answered Thursday March 24 2005, 4:37 pm: Theres a pill, but I don't think it would be very smart to take it. I've heard milk helps, but I think its really your own growth rate.. try ask.com and it will calculate your "supposed adult height" You have until you are about 17ish! drink lots of water--
get all your vitamins--
see your doctor regularly
--exercise every day
--practice safe sex
--stay away from white refined sugar
--avoid greasy fried foods
---do yoga
---don't smoke
...theres no magic pill...if you take care of yourself, you'll grow as much as you were intended to grow...
Karen answered Thursday March 24 2005, 3:27 pm: I have never heard of a pill or any other medicine that will make you grow. There is probably a pill but your doctor probably wouldn't let you go on it. Don't worry, you will grow. My friend was 4'11" last year and now she is taller than me. It's not your fault that you grow at different paces as other people. You will grow, you just need to wait.

Sherry answered Thursday March 24 2005, 3:09 pm: Nope. There is this pill you can take (by prescription) but you need to be short and have a valid reason to take it. Saying you want to be a little bit taller isint enough. You'll grow, you'll go through a growth spert and grow like 2-4 inches. If your 13-16 you still have a lot of time to grow!
