i am skinny, I don't gain weight

well, i do have little bit slack little belly fat on sides and botton of my back, i can't do sit up or push up very well. i like walking but it bad out right now. I eat lot of bread out of penut butter and jelly, thing is i want get ride of the little slack on my back and sides so i fit in my dress and shits better.. any sites have like a day where u work on and how to time ur self, sometiems i am execrisig next day i am sore. stuff like that
