loosing weight

all the food in my house has like 20g on everything!! i dont know what to eat. i went to the sites, but i need like food that wont take forever to cook. What do you normally eat? Got any ideas?

LOL. Eggs, Bacon. Lettuce wrapped in burger meat, turkey slices, bologna slices with cream chease(its really good), chicken meat dipped with ketchup or ranch, basically all meats but wrapped with lettuce not bread. Ask your mom if you can go low carb shopping for meat, lettuce, vegtables, etc. Dont get low carb bread until after 2 weeks okaY? Search google for low carb recipies.
