i need to loose weight. i am 5'4" and i weigh 138. i really want to loose 15 pounds by the summer. Yesterday i started a 900 calorie diet adn i have been doin 200 crunches. Is there anythign else you can think of?

Running is the best way to lose weight..i know running isnt the funnest thing but it targets every area of the body. Try running around your neighborhood or maybe the YMCA. Start with a goal..for example "OK..im gonna run to this third mailbox on the left" Then take a breather and start running again. Its the best way. I lost 20 lbs doing this..once a day..and eating healthy food..like veges..meats..and wheat bread. A little tip..bread puts the weight on. Try to eat as little as bread as possible.
