I had that problem with my old computer.REALLY BAD.I couldn't even use Internet explorer.

What I did was download FIREFOX by mozilla.I had a few now and then but nothing as bad as I used to have.It is free. It is great. punch firefox into google and try it.Let me know what you think!:}

If you use firefox, it has a popup blocking option under tools->options->web features. Otherwise, you can just turn off scripts/javascript in some browsers, and some others have a no-popups option hidden somewhere.

At this moment, I'm using a pop up blocker from Yahoo, since I have the Yahoo Companion Toolbar. It works really great and I haven't seen a pop up in a while. Just go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and search for the toolbar. And it's free too.

Dear Pop-up,
www.stopzilla.com has a pretty good pop-up blocker for free. All you need to do is download it. Also, if you go to www.freepopupcheck.com, it has about 10 free pop-up blockers for free that you can try to see which one works the best for you.
