i want to loose weight. i am 5 feet 4inches and i weigh 138 pounds. The most things i want to loose is the pouch under my belly button and my legs. Do you know anything that i can do? and i want to loose as much weight as i can before the summer.

Cool stuff. I suggest doing the low carb diet, you lose belly weight first. Ever heard of atkins/south beach? Thats what you will be doing. What you dont eat bread, rice, pasta potatoes, all junk food,jucies, anything high in sugar, fruit(until 2 weeks). What you do eat: Meat (and lots of it) and high protien, high fiber, LOW CARB(low carb would be 1-5 grams per serving). You lose 8-13 lbs in the first two weeks, and 1-2 lbs a week after that. Without exercising! Most people think they cant just give up all the sugars but lots of people have. So if your intrested, email me and I'll give you the whole story on it! ]
