the shining

Question Posted Friday March 11 2005, 7:19 pm

ok, so I saw the shining like a while ago, but I really dont understand what the ending means. like when they zoom in on a photograph with the dad in the center of the picture. does it just mean that he was at a party in the hotel, or does it mean something more?

I honestly don't remember the ending. Which one did you watch? The one with Jack Nicholson? Because they are different.

It just means that he was a psycho and he wasn't in love with his wife, and just all the things that happened in the movie
