Best Friends

Hey sweety,
You see I have this friend, and we were like BEST FRIENDS, but then when she came to my highschool, we kinda fell apart..and I want to be BEST FRIENDS again, and we are getting there, but we still aren't CLOSE...And i REALLY REALLY miss that...How do i get her back as one of my BEST FRIENDS!??!!???

tell her how you feel. and make an effort to be around her, ask her to hang out. but make sure you follow through with your plans... dont just ditch her because i had that happen to me before with someone i thought i was close with... we always made all these plans and then she always ended up doing something else. eventually i lost interest in trying to be her friend cause i always ended up with nothing to do. Hope this helps!
