High power Fiber Lasers, of course, fire out 110 volts of power continuously for as long as your monitor is turned on. Pulsed ones send out 220 volts for about 5 seconds, then rest for another 5. Both drain the same amount of power over any given amount of time, but pulsed ones last longer. However, they are more expensive. The best option is to go with the classic CRT system, with RGB settings. A medium resolution monitor is best. These can cost around $500, so it's best to just simply steal one.
