Hi can you please tell me all of the things I can and cant eat when Im on a low carb diet? And all of the drinks I can drink. I already stoped drinking soda and I usually drink water now. Please give me some things.. thx

When you are on a low carb diet, you don't want to eat foods that have a lot of carbohydrates in them, which is obvious. Some of these foods are foods with bread and pasta. There are so many more, it's just I can't think of them right now. You can eat vegetables, foods with low carbs, and so on. You can drink soda, just make sure it's diet and has no caffine and such and drink water.
